![]() ![]() Just to know that I can try again and that it's not as bad as it sounds. humans start with +2 initiate and +5 crit, suitable to play any role except rogues since the gauranteed backstab crits make the +5 kinda pointless. elves start with +1 loremaster so probably a good idea to have them be ur identifier, any non-tank fighting class (flesh sac). Not even the truth, since I could've just spoiled it myself from the wikia if I wanted. dwarves start with +1 sneak and +10 vit so they are good tanks, thieves. I just needed that assurance from someone. These kind of games are way more emotionally-attaching and immersive to me than other genres, so I can end up like a cat watching a bath-tub full of water if I'm caught with some other stuff on my mind. I worried a lot about whom to take, too, but in the end, if you miss someone, you can always start a side playthrough with that one character you wish you'd taken with you. If you really want to experience ALL the companion's stories, maybe think about starting a second playthrough after you've finished the first one. Choose which companions and their quests interest you the most, and take them with you, forget the others. Originally posted by Draconiya:You most likely won't ♥♥♥♥ up. I don't think they even understand what you meant in the first place. I know how it feels to have anxiety, ignore Ocsabat's post. I kind of wish I'd picked Ifan instead of Lohse, and maybe Sebille instead of the Red Prince. My current companions are Red Prince, Fane and Lohse. Lohse is similar, only once you get to Bloodmoon Island her quests get more interesting and exciting. The Red Prince can be annoying, and his story picks up slowly, but grows into one of the better ones in my opinion. Sebille is pretty cool, so is Ifan, and like someone else in this thread said, they should be taken together, unless you don't mind missing a clue and stumbling into the story scene on your own. Beast, IMO, is the least-interesting, and his quest doesn't really offer much in Act 3, I've heard. I definitely recommend Fane as a companion for your first/main playthrough, as his backstory is the key to understanding the bigger reasons and connections behind things, and has some of the most epic and, sometimes, surprising story moments in Divinity. ![]() If you could confirm to me that I'm not going to ♥♥♥♥ up any of the companion's side-quests for failing a secret requirement to their story, you'd put more than half of my mind in peace. 11 Divinity: Original Sin Role-playing video game 44 comments Best Add a Comment deleted 6 yr. I took an instant disliking to him, and killed him as soon as I woke up on the shore of Fort Joy. However, he's also an Undead, which means he can't heal through curative magics. Is there any punishment for killing companions Is there any drawback/punishment for killing companions The Red Prince is pretty much the worst. He also starts as a dual-wielding wand user. I've very much fumbled my enjoyment by playing the tutorial for 9 times in a row, all because of the anxiety I've won by thinking on what might happen and learning to play a game of a genre I've never touched. Fane Build 1 By default Fane is a Geomancer/Pyrokinetic.
